Solacove is a privately owned, intentionally small company offering digital and physical goods, including wellness-focused memberships, curated products, and seasonal releases. By placing an order or joining a membership through Solacove.com, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms exist to protect both our visitors and the integrity of our work.
All content provided on Solacove.com, including our written materials, downloads, products, and brand language—is the intellectual property of Solacove and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Our offerings are created with care and offered in limited quantities. We reserve the right to make changes to our product availability, pricing, or policies without notice.

Because of the nature of our offerings, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including the COVEBOX or pieces from the capsule collection.
Each product is carefully inspected and packed with intention. If your order arrives damaged or significantly compromised, please get in touch with us within 3 days of delivery at hello@solacove.com, and we will do our best to make it right. Replacements will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping timeframes may vary depending on location and seasonal volume. At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather, or customs, but we will always assist where we can.

Solacove offers both free and paid memberships. The InnerCove membership is billed monthly and provides access to digital IVF tools, emotional care resources, and educational content.
Because Solacove is a service-based offering, we do not offer refunds for past membership charges. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.
Your billing cycle begins the day you first join. For example, if you join InnerCove on the 9th, you will be charged again on the 9th of each month. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be completed before your renewal date.
We are a small business and appreciate your understanding as we continue to care for this space.
