Solacove is an intentionally small, privately owned company offering digital and physical experiences, including curated products, memberships, and seasonal releases.

Because our products and memberships are intentionally designed and personally experienced, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items, including the CoveBox or capsule products.
If a product arrives damaged or significantly compromised, please contact hello@solacove.com within 3 days of delivery, and we will review a replacement on a case-by-case basis.

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once an order ships.
Shipping timelines may vary based on location and seasonal volume. Solacove currently ships only within the United States.
Solacove is not responsible for carrier delays due to postal issues, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control, but we will always assist where we can.

Solacove offers paid memberships (e.g., OpenCove) that provide access to digital tools, emotional care resources, and educational content.
Memberships are billed annually and do not offer refunds for past charges. To avoid renewal charges, cancel through your account before the renewal date. Billing cycles begin the day you join and recur on the anniversary of that date.
