Step 1: Choose your licensed tier
Select Quiet Care (5 seats) or Collective Care (10 seats) based on your client volume.

Step 2: Receive your access codes
We provide you with unique invite codes branded with your practice name (e.g., "Welcome from [Your Practice] + Solacove").

Step 3: Share with your clients
Give clients their access code during intake, after a difficult appointment, or whenever it seems right. They'll receive a full OpenCove membership for 1 year.

Step 4: They access ongoing support
Your clients can log into OpenCove anytime for guidance, community, and resources throughout their IVF journey. Powered by Solacove, offered through you.

Yes. Pay the difference between tiers and receive additional codes immediately. For example, upgrading from Quiet Care to Collective Care costs $400 and gives you 5 more seats.

Your SolaCodes are valid for one year from purchase. Once a client activates a code, they receive 1 full year of access from that activation date. Unused codes remain active until your partnership renews.

Yes. Their welcome kit is personalized with your practice name, so they know you provided this resource. It strengthens your relationship from the start.

Absolutely. Many providers bundle OpenCove access into their comprehensive doula packages, acupuncture plans, or fertility therapy programs. You can price your services accordingly.

We provide a digital welcome kit template you can email, plus optional printable QR cards you can hand out in person. Clients go to solacove.com/join, enter their code, and get instant access. Takes less than 2 minutes.

If a client doesn't activate their code, that seat remains available in your allocation. You can give that same code to a different client. Only activated codes count toward your seat limit.

All partners are added to our searchable Provider Directory that IVF patients use to find fertility-aligned care. Practice Partnership tier receives premium placement above the directory with your photo and extended bio.
