How Partnership Works

  • You can purchase additional codes mid-year or wait for your annual renewal. We'll send a notification when you're approaching your limit.

  • Yes. Pay the difference between licenses and receive additional codes immediately.

  • Codes are valid for one year from your license purchase date. Once a client activates a code, they receive 12 months of access from activation. Unused codes remain active until renewal.

  • Clients go to solacove.com/enter-the-cove, enter their code, and gain instant access. Takes under 2 minutes.

  • Unused codes remain in your allocation and can be shared with a different client.

  • All license holders are listed in our searchable Provider Directory. Practice License holders receive featured placement with photo and extended bio.

  • If a client doesn't activate their code, that seat remains available in your allocation. You can give that same code to a different client. Only activated codes count toward your seat limit.

  • All partners are added to our searchable Provider Directory that IVF patients use to find fertility-aligned care. Practice Partnership tier receives premium placement above the directory with your photo and extended bio.

  • All licenses are final upon purchase due to immediate delivery of access codes.

  • No. Solacove is a self-directed emotional support platform. This license does not include professional guidance, strategy calls, or training.
