The Quiet Room

This is where we hold space for the people who hold space for others, for journalists writing about reproductive care, for clinicians supporting IVF patients, and for collaborators who see what we see.

  • OpenCove is an annual membership ($99) with phase-based IVF guidance written by fertility doulas, a private community, and treatment tools. It covers what clinical protocols don't: the emotional weight, the logistical gaps, the moments between appointments.

    CoveBox is a physical support ($525) for the body's experience of IVF treatment, which you reach for on the hardest days.

    Provider partnerships allow clinics, doulas, therapists, and acupuncturists to license OpenCove access for their clients year-round for emotional support without managing another platform.

  • We built a membership platform with phase-based content from fertility doulas, paired with a physical care box for treatment days. Patients access it directly or through partnerships with their clinic or practitioner.

    We handle the platform, the content, and the community. Providers distribute access. Patients use it on their own timeline.

  • Founded by Pamala Gomes, a Black woman who went through several rounds of IVF. She built what she couldn't find: support that doesn't assume your outcome and doesn't disappear when treatment gets hard.

    This matters for anyone who's felt overlooked in reproductive care.
